Confidentiality Agreement

You are requesting and shall receive from Bon-Accord  Holdings Ltd. ("The Company") financial statements and copies of leases (the "Confidential Information") in connection with your interest in acquiring the shares of Bon-Accord Holdings Ltd. or certain of its assets.

This Confidential Information will be furnished to you and shall be considered to be confidential in nature and so treated by you. You will not use it for any purpose other than an evaluation of the Company or its assets with a view to acquisition. You further agree that you will not disclose to any third party, other than your consultants, representatives and advisors who have a need to know, any of the Confidential Information and then only if the recipient of the Confidential Information has been made aware of this letter. You shall be responsible for the activities of such agents, consultants, representatives and advisors. 

At any time upon reasonable notice, assuming our discussions do not proceed, at our request, you will return or destroy all of the Confidential Information and all copies, extracts or reproductions thereof.

In order to submit a request for more information, you must accept the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.
